First-generation learners often lack exposure to social and educational resources, affecting their development. To support them, EduInnov8 Foundation collaborates with schools to train teachers, address neurodevelopmental needs, and incorporate technology into education. We also organize community cycling events to connect schools and communities, fostering local development and providing progression paths through a national league.

The association with cycling embodies elements of inspiration, aspiration, opportunity and symbolises the mobilisation of “Generation 1”.

Our cycling initiative is based on the proven benefits of cycling for individuals, families, communities, industry, and the environment. For many, cycling represents an inaccessible opportunity with aspirational values we want learners to associate with education.

Our project is iconic in fostering opportunity, achievement, community involvement, and excitement. Our model positions schools as the central pillar for these events.
